Each team will play every other team 2times... that's 14 matches. The top four to six teams will qualify for the playoffs. Teams will be seeded based on the regular season standings.
Ties in the standings will be resolved by: 1 - forfeit losses...the most negative impact. Should two teams be tied for sixth place and one has a forfeit while the other has not...the forfeiting team is out. The flexible playoff format is based on the emphasis of showing up to play. If you show up to play, you have a great shot of making the playoffs where anything can happen. Criteria #2 - head to head competition.
Games are played on the green space behind the Markin Racket Center. The rectangle nearest Catherine street and the dorms is Field W...essentially west of the other field. Field E is east of field W and closer to town.
Be ready to play at game time. Do not mill around. Get organized, stretched and ready to go. Day light will soon become a premium.
Teams will play a lot in October. The schedule slows down when the time changes in November.
